ShoutOutPass is an app designed for users to receive discounts,deals, and/or incentives in exchange for Shouting Out businesses through their social media accounts. Simply, sign-up, register a profile code, connect your Twitter account if you have one. The profile code will be known as your ShoutOutPass and upon use will be used to authorize a one-time post to this app and all connected social media accounts.
